About Full Circle

One collective. One plan. Every vendor already in conversation.

Full Circle Collective brings together a small group of Singapore wedding vendors who already work together: a venue, photographers and videographers, bridal and makeup artists, and a bakery. We aren’t a directory or a marketplace. We’re a collective you plan with.

      Your date, guest count and budget, so we only show you what fits.

      Walk the Path

      Explore each vendor and choose your first and second picks. We show a selection of each vendor’s packages to keep things simple. If you’d like to see more of what a vendor offers, pick the vendor you’re drawn to and ask us when we meet. Or choose the All-In Package: the venue and cake are set, and you pick your bridal and photo/video teams, at one flat price for up to 100 guests.

      Send us your plan

      See your selections and an estimate in one place, change your date if you need to, and send it when you’re ready.

      A real conversation

      Someone from Full Circle gets in touch to confirm each vendor’s availability for your date, walk you through the full range of packages and answer your questions. There’s no automated booking and no deposit at this stage.

      Your Full Circle portal

      Once your plan is confirmed, you’ll get access to your own portal, where your vendors, your details and your day come together.

Once you’ve confirmed your plan, you’ll get a private portal that keeps your wedding in one place:

  • Your confirmed vendors and their details
  • Your day’s run sheet, shared with your vendors
  • Next steps, so you always know what’s coming up

We’ll set up your portal with the email you used to plan, so that’s all you need to sign in. It’s only for couples planning with Full Circle.

The collective discount

The more you book together, the more you save.

  • 4%

    off with two vendors

  • 7%

    off with three

  • 10%

    off with four or more

The discount applies to each vendor’s full price. You’ll see it build as you plan, and your Review shows the estimated savings. Because prices start from each vendor’s base package, your final figure is confirmed with you personally once we know your details.

The All-In Package is already priced as a complete set, so the discount ladder doesn’t apply to it.

Why a collective

A wedding involves many people who usually meet for the first time on the day itself. Our vendors know each other’s timings, spaces and standards, so you spend less time coordinating and more time on the parts that matter to you.
